Entry into the german market

Our idea and instruction of working together: Outsourced services, but integrated in your company. Tasks of a National manager for Germany reporting to your department, not permanently employed but working on a flexible basis at agreed times.

For the first 3-months period we would like to offer you a fixed amount of

  • Buying exactly the amount of time that is needed but excluding the risk of taking on permanent staff and renting office space
  • Cooperating like an employe
  • Identification with the business: Motivation and loyalty, being successful with the company and the products
  • Using the competence of Food INT
  • Utilization of networks needed for the German market
  • We grow along with your requirement
  • Using the network and know-how from Food INT

We are intended to collaborate for a long time with your company. A good collaboration is based on trust and satisfaction. Therefore, we would like to make you an offer to become acquainted with each other.

We will start for a period of 3 months. In this time we will create a perfect strategy, pricing and presentation to the German market and try to bring you in contact with buyers or distributers, you are looking for. Same time we will have a look at your products, if they are compatible with German market. If not, you will get a separate offer from our Food INT specialists.

After this period we will see, how successful your products will be on the German market. In case of success or even if you are satisfied with our work, you will go on working with us for your success. Our daily fee is € 800,-- when we are working four days per month for you and € 650,- per day when we are working 8 days and more per month for you.

We will bill travel, food and accommodation and other out-of-pocket expenses in the amount incurred - according to prior agreement. We will also bill proportionate charges for electronic databases, administrative expenses, printing, IT costs, archiving costs due to statutory retention periods and expenses for telecommunication and the like at a fixed rate of 4% of the fees incurred. All fees, charges and out-of-pocket expenses are quoted net of statutory VAT. This Fee Arrangement, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of this Fee Arrangement, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Germany. Any dispute relating to this Fee Arrangement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Neuss, Germany, to which each of us agrees to submit for these purposes, or, at our discretion, (i) the court located where our office that conducted the main part of the work is registered or (ii) the courts located where you are registered.
